  • Placement success depends on mutual cooperation between all parties

6. Fees and Payment

  • Payment terms are specified in service contracts

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

7. Confidentiality

  • All client information remains confidential

  • Candidate information is protected and used only for placement purposes

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information

8. Limitation of Liability

Get Supported's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not responsible for employment decisions, workplace issues, or indirect damages arising from our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual agreements. Outstanding obligations remain in effect after termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Wyoming state law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
